Pretty but complicated to use
Pretty but complicated to use. It takes practice. My hair is long ad thick. I have to get my hair situated just right for it to get the look I want. I didn’t see any how to videos on the website for hair like mine. They are pricey and imo not worth trouble but I gave them four stars for their customer service

Lisa- We heard you loud & clear and are right in the middle of re-designing the instructional cards to make them easier to understand, PLUS we are busy taping a bunch of new "How To" Instructional video's that will be up shortly on our site. We invented the Double Comb concept and patented it but whenever something counter-intuitive like HairZing Stretch Bananas come to the market---it takes a lot of trial and error to make certain we are explaining them clearly. Don't give up yet---help is on the way. Will make certain someone from our Customer Care Team drops you a note when the instructionals begin to post which should be by end of Sept 2020. Prompt shipping; Useful Product
I received my products promptly, safely packaged. I ordered a "two-for-one" pair of banana combs. They work well. I have straight, moderately fine hair. I put my hair in a ponytail with a band, then use a banana comb to scoop up the hair growing low on my neck, and also to stabilize my ponytail. I can still put my ponytail through the hole in my baseball cap so my scalp is protected from the sun. Works well for this old lady who hasn't gotten her hair cut since March.

Linda- If you are still pulling a ponytail through a baseball cap....we beg to differ....you are NOT an "old lady". Perhaps you are merely wise beyond your years? So filled with knowledge from a life successfully lived you appear more mature than others? Uncertain but we know you look smashing in your Stretch Banana and Ball cap. Rock on my Queen. I LOVE the products, but the customer service leaves a lot to be desired!
After trying (and loving) a couple of double combs, I decided to try the banana clips. They really didn't work for me, so I sent them back (a much more complicated process than I anticipated) and asked for a refund. Still waiting for the refund!

Carol- I am immediately refunding your recent order of Banana Combs. Sorry for the delay, this has been an insane summer and we have been adding and training new staff for our Shipping Team. I believe we sent you something with our old Tennessee warehouse address instead of our California address and it led to a cluster-fudgicle. Sounds like we dropped the ball. No excuse. Love my Hairzing
Love my Hairzing. Wear them pretty much everyday. They are great for my fine hair. I am growing my hair out now because now I have Hairzing to make it look pretty and manageable.

These banana clips are amazing on my…
These banana clips are amazing on my short ine 4c curly hair. I had such difficulty coming up with a hairstyle, but now I know I can just throw one of these on and look cute. Bad hair days are gone now.

Great product and easy to use
Great product and easy to use. I wish they would include some ideas for styling your hair with these clips. They feel wonderful! No pulling, or poking your scalp. I would highly recommend them.
