HairZing offered a free hair item
HairZing offered a free hair item. It was completely free. Didn’t even have to pay for shipping. Didn’t have to enter a credit card or anything. Received it within a week.

Penny- In our personal lives we are customers too. It's interesting that all of us are amazed when any company does what they say they will. (smile) Hope you are loving your Zing and getting a ton accomplished in your life. Hell hath no fury like a woman trying to focus with her hair driving her crazy. :) Francesca and Team Zing

I love my new HairZings work great with the mask.😷All my hair back out of the way. Thank you
Response from HairZingSep 29, 2020
Kathleen- I am personally going to wear a mask for the rest of my life. Long after the threat of this virus is gone I will still be sporting a mask. I think I look great with only half of my face showing....alluring....mysterious.....hygenic. WHY did I never think of this before? Glad to know you are able to pull your hair back and get everything you need to accomplish done. Thanks for letting us know. Francesca and Team Zing

Love the clip
Finally something I can use for my type hair. I have been wanting to do a frohawk for so long but none of the clips I have or have seen in stores have allowed me to do so. But since the hairzing stretches to fit my curls, I can do a frohawk or other updo with no problem. Very happy with it.

Katesha- I can only dream of doing a frohawk in my own hair, but I am certain you look gorgeous wearing one. It's such a powerful, fun, and flattering style....we are overjoyed to play a small part in your world domination. Thanks for sharing your experience with us. Feel free to drop us an image and we will make sure we post it everywhere. Francesca and Team Zing

Great super zippy service
Great super zippy service. Great website with instructional videos.
Response from HairZingSep 29, 2020
Sonia- The Team that ships HairZings out of our Oakland office is obviously WAY faster than those of us who reply to reviews..... :) In my defense we are in the middle of filming a lot of new instructional video's and I am behind on just about everything else. I will let the Shipping Team know, they love compliments like this. Warmly, Francesca and Team Zing

Asked for info and received much more!
I asked for information about why the teeth/prongs were bending on my medium, double cross comb. Also asked about which products are designed for thick hair although I wasn't sure my hair is considered thick. The customer service rep looked at my recent order and saw that the banana comb I ordered was for thin hair, so she sent me one for thick hair! WOW! Amazing service! She also answered my question about the thick hair medium combs and suggested several styles. Thank you, HairZing! You're the best - love all my combs (and the collection is growing!)

Debra- Sounds as if you dealt with the one-and-only Gidget. She is a sheer force of nature when it comes to women getting the correct products for their hair. Glad to hear she hooked you up and I will be sure to tell her she got a compliment from you. Thanks!! Francesca on TeamZing
