Excellent Customer Service
I received my order promptly, however one item was missing. I contacted HairZing by phone and left a message. They returned my call in a timely fashion and they were very apologetic for the mistake and sent my missing item to me right away. I was very impressed with the promptness and how courteous they were to resolve the issue.

Poor quality useless products
I told you in my unsubscription your products were useless. Not at all like the hair huggers I’ve loved for years and needed to replace. Your products don’t work and cost a fortune. In my opinion they should not be sold. Keep bothering me and I will smear your inferiority all over the internet.

Margret- I've issued a full refund to your credit card. You called the ones you loved "Hair Huggers" and wonder if you originally bought those from us on QVC...? I invented both Hair Huggers and HairZing, but the Hair Huggers used plastic combs and fabric bands. They "feel" completely different in the hair than our Fine Wire combs do. Just in case that is what happened, I am asking our Shipping Dept to send you tomorrow a FREE gift of a Hair Hugger with plastic combs. If it is what you were looking for, please enjoy it. We are headed into the hottest summer on record across the USA and we genuinely want every woman to be as happy and comfortable as possible. Especially now. We'll get through this period together, and it will be far easier by putting our hair up and focusing on what is collectively facing us. Francesca and your Support Team at HairZing

I love how these work and look
I love how these work and look, but the comfort level is not what I expected. Since these are wire, they do make your scalp itch. Thank you. BK

Barbara- Life is too short to have your scalp itch--even for one second. :) You ordered the fine wire combs and I am sending you (FREE) a sample of our thicker caliber wire tooth comb to try. Wire has less friction than other materials (like plastic combs for example) and I am interested in hearing your thoughts after wearing both types of wire. Would you be willing to test this different version out and send me an email about how it feels in comparison? I would greatly appreciate it. We design and manufacture each HZing , so spend every waking hour in some type of research & development in pursuit of the best concepts. Thanks for taking the time to give us feedback! simply *amazing*
The happiness guarantee is real and I am a fan of HairZing products for life. The reason for this is that Gidget from Customer Care is a true pleasure to work with. (I've had a defective haircomb along with some other product exchanges - they were a "none problem" because she was so proactive in helping me with my requests!) I can honestly say my HairZing experience was simply *amazing*.
