After my order was placed, I received a call from a Company Rep, informing me one of the clips I chose was no longer available. The items arrived in excellent time. One of the HairZing had black hair in it on arrival. I tried to contact with email and was unable to proceed. This make me feel like the HairZing was used, disappointing. Love the items and do get comments when I wear them. I have not worn the one that appears "used".
