It's perfect! Very well made.
Response from HairZingMay 24, 2021
Tamara- Well.....close to perfect. We are still trying to devise a way for HairZing to do housework while you sleep and make every woman look like she just lost weight. As soon as we do that---we will in fact have reached HairZing perfection. Thanks for trusting us with your hair. Team Zing in California

I absolutely love Hair Zing. I have Multiple Sclerosis (MS) and cannot style my hair the way I use to. The combs help me make some kind of style.
Response from HairZingMay 24, 2021
Darlene- Thanks for sharing your story. I have a friend with MS and know the struggle is real. What you will lose in dexterity, you will gain in wisdom. We are touched to know HairZing is helping, even in the smallest way, for you to live your best life. Keep kicking tail and taking no prisoners. Francesca on Team ZIng

I love the hair combs I purchased. I was amazed at how fast they were shipped. Great company to work with. Thanks
Response from HairZingMay 24, 2021
Karen- Apparently some of us lost the month of April because I thought I had replied to you already. Hmmmm. Apologies for the delay. Thanks for your note. The set you got is one of our most popular and we are glad to know you are out looking spectacular with them holding your hair up. I will pass your compliment on to the Shipping Crew because they LOVE when customers mention how fast they work. :) Enjoy the summer ahead- Bernadette at Team Zing

My order never came. I emailed customer service for a refund and they never responded. Edit: I appreciate the response. The second shipment did make it to me.
Response from HairZingMar 29, 2021
Brandi- Your money is never lost with HairZing! Your first order was confirmed as delivered by USPS, but like many small businesses, we are seeing an increase in "porch / mailbox thefts" of delivered packages. Once you alerted us, we re-shipped your Stretch Banana Comb, but forgot to let you know we had taken that step. No wonder you thought we were ignoring you. I apologize. The second package was delivered to your house on Friday March 26. USPS Confirmation Number: 420080609300120207600204552013 Delivered on Friday, March 26, 2021 First Class Package :Total Weight 3.1 oz However, I fully refunded your purchase price because we should have communicated better with you. Hope you will give us another chance to help make your hair look amazing. Berndadette at HairZing Customer Care

Response from HairZingMar 29, 2021
Cynthia- Happy to hear this. Just wondering....if we make a million MORE styles would you like to buy all of those? ( LOL ) Our Product Development Team would love to hear any and all ideas for colors, styles, materials (beads? rhinestones? natural mineral chips?) you'd like to see. We live for this kind of feedback ! Is it okay if we contact you off line? Bernadette and your friends at HairZing

Great product for fine hair, well made and durable!
Response from HairZingMar 16, 2021
Tami- Glad you love your HairZing ! As a person with baby thin fine hair myself , I genuinely think my hair looks better when it is up. You will get a l-o-n-g life of wear and we hope you come back and share ideas you like to see us add for improvement. We design AND manufacture HairZing, so are in constant product development and research mode around here. Francesca and Team Zing
