Dear Wonderful Satisfied Customer- Thanks for your note. You just made many people at HairZing happy. Since we invented this concept (holding with stretch not pressure), we can't just copy text from anyone else. We are always working / re-writing to be our instructions clear and easy to understand. so you won't need someone standing in your bathroom each morning to style your hair. I mean, if that person offered mocha's and back massages too---I can see the benefit but it would still be a bit invasive...... :) Glad to know you are slaying your day with hair you styled yourself. Christy- We are sorry the small Stretch Banana's didn't perform for you. We're refunding your purchase price immediately (if it hasn't already been done). I wonder if you might be interested in testing new future products before we introduce them? We work closely with customers designing and engineering every aspect and we are always learning. It's super easy for companies to copy existing items---much more challenging to start virtually from scratch. It takes lots and lots of caffeine, chocolate and wine.......not necessarily in that order. Drop us a note if we could entice you to test some secret products currently in development. Kenya- I don't know you, but I love you. So freaking glad to know you are wandering around looking bold & beautiful wearing HairZing. Although the revolution will not be televised, it WILL be led by powerful women with their hair up. Of this I am certain. Thanks for finding us! We have a wonderful alliance with Conair who carries our UPZING version in retail stores. Conair loves customers like we do, so they make sure 24 hours a day / 365 days a year, women can find us locally. We only sell eCommerce ourselves, which means women have to wait to receive our packages in the mail....although we are working on that Drone thing as I type.... Thank you my Queen.
