I was so pleasantly surprised by the A+ buying experience. Having had horrible experience in the past with a different company I was very reluctant to shop for human hair lace wig again online. I decided to give Hairsmarket a try after reading the excellent reviews and I am so glad I did. The customer service is above and beyond courteous. Without even asking I was counseled by a live agent who texted me right after my purchase. I live in Fort Worth TX and was so pleased with the 3rd day arrival of my purchase and even more pleased when I opened the package and the hair was thick, silky and luxurious. It is shiny and healthy with minimal shedding. The color was natural and not yellow or brassy. I ordered the 30 inch, straight, 613 blonde lace front. The lace was transparent and went from ear to ear and has a natural hairline appearance. Day 3 and so far not tangling or matting up. The hair is full down to the ends. I highly recommend this company and will use them exclusively for all my hair needs.

They say you can return but they won't let you return. The refund and return policy is a hoax. Even when I insisted I d pay the custom fees, they still refused to send a return address. The "HD" lace was so inferior I couldn't even work it and frankly I have gotten much better quality and properly customised wigs at the same price.

The hair is beautiful, matches my skin, the highlights was beautiful.

The hair quality is amazing and doesn’t shred as much it’s easy to put on and the lace makes it easier for you to adjust I recommend these types of hair because it’s cheap and they don’t disappoint you in anyway.
