I ordered a auburn wig with bangs human hair. 170 bucks and got a synthetic Ronald McDonald looking wig. Took 30 days and 40 emails to get my money back

When my package arrived, it contained only the hair bundles—even though the shipping label listed both the bundles and the wig. After I contacted the seller, they admitted the wig was on backorder and said they had canceled that part of my order, but never issued a refund. Since September 23, I’ve requested a prepaid return label for the unused hair bundles. The company refused and instead told me to send the items—at my own expense—to a third-party address in Montclair, CA (FLYT-AIXIU) that does not appear to be affiliated with the merchant. All items remain unused and in their original packaging. The seller’s conduct violates U.S. consumer-protection laws, including the FTC Mail Order Rule and Fair Credit Billing Act. I have filed a formal bank dispute (Chime Claim #18208749) and submitted documentation to both my bank and the Kansas Attorney General. ⚠️ Consumers should use extreme caution before ordering from Hairsmarket Hair. It’s been more than a month and I still have no refund for the unshipped wig. Be cautious — this seller operates from China, using a rented Kansas warehouse to appear U.S.-based. Absolutely the most disgusting hair I have ever purchased. Their virgin hair came purple, stringy and started shedding half the weft with the first wash. The hair is not virgin, raw or from one donor and 100% mixed with synthetic hair! Customer service is worse then the hair. Would not respond to any communication. I would stay far away from this company.

DO NOT SUPPORT THIS VENDOR. I RECEIVED MY PURCHASE. TOOK A LOOK AT THE BUNDLES AND IMMEDIATELY REALIZED THEY WERE NOT GOING TO WORK FOR THE COLOR FOR ME WAS NOT RIGHT. I IMMEDIATELY REACHED OUT TO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WILL USE THAT TERM VERY LOOSELY. THIS PERSON WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL..DISRESPECTFUL. AND ARGUMENTATIVE. WE HAVE BEEN TRADING EMAILS FOR A WEEK AND I HAVE STILL NOT RECEIVED A RETURN AUTHORIZATION. I WILL NEVER SHOP ON THIS SITE EVER

The wig was thin don’t hold curls, but the lace was really good.

The hair smells like frito. The hair doesn't take heat well. Tangles really badly. Hard to keep the hair looking silky smooth nearly impossible. It a reason why the hair is so cheap the quality is horrible.

The customer service is awful! Its very slow. I order something a week ago and it's not even in the USPS system. I even switched my hair I wanted so, it would come faster according to the customer service rep. This company used to be a lot better. I will not be ordering from them again.

Your hair was horrible, it Sheds it. It's not soft I would never buy it again if I could give it one star. I would I mean 0 stars? You people never get back with me when you said you would and I did submit a picture there
