Do not purchase
Do not purchase. Unfortunately, I purchased 3 wigs from them taking advantage of a promotion. All smelled. All were uneven. I question whether or not they were really made of human hair. I figured out I could salvage two of the wigs by having them dyed and cut. However, one wig was unacceptable. I sent photos and was told that I should wash it and professionally styled - and it would be fine. When I shared that this was not satisfactory I was encouraged to keep the wig and that I would receive a partial refund. After an extensive wait (an hour) and then a day. I was issued a modest refund. My hairdresser agreed that the quality of the wigs were poor. Buyer beware!
