Poor Business Practices
I ordered a wig from hairsmarket.com on Monday, February 8, 2021, and the shipping was expedited and I received my wig right away. When the wig arrived, it was definitely shorter than the 22-inch wig I had ordered (about 16 inches) and the hair smelled. I spent $122.00 on this wig and of course I wanted a refund. In addition, it is advertised on their site that customers who wish to return their products will receive a return label. When I contacted the manager, I received every excuse as to why I cannot receive a return label. Overall, I am highly dissatisfied with their business practices and will not continue to patronize hairsmarket.com.
