I have contacted the judge.me about missing review for my product, which is supporting the Hairmayraki. That is the answer: "Merchants have the ability to choose the reviews they want to publish in their stores. if you would like to ask any questions, you will have to contact the store directly for any explanation from their end. Usually, they are also able to reply to negative reviews"

Customers, beware...I purchased Silky Smooth Proactive Hair Repairing Treatment after seeing a lot of good reviews on their website. Though i thought it was odd the product did not have any bad review, i decided to give it a try. I've been using the treatment for over a month now and did not notice any improvement at all. When i thought it was time for me to leave an honest review in their website, i realized mine didn't show on their review list, which led me to the conclusion that all those people leaving great "5 start"reviews" in their website are actually fake...Disappointed. Additional comments after first review: The company simply ignored my complain that my honest bad review is not advertised on their website...When you go to Mayraki homepage, all you see is 5 stars reviews as if this was a miracle product...If your product is indeed so good, you should allow people to post honest (good and bad) reviews. Never buying again...

This treatment is good for frizzy and damaged hair as it is silicone and sulfate-free, contains Collagen Amino Acids, Camellia Reticulata Seed Oil, Ginkgo Biloba leaf extract, Aloe Barbadensis Extract, Macadamia Ternifolia Extract, Rosa Rugosa Flower Extract, Hydrolyzed Wheat Protein and Moisturizer, which deeply penetrates hair and scalp to absorb all the nutrition. I went on line to purchase this product after reading further reviews immediately request a refund via email and phone. I was asked why and explained. I was told I would receive a refund I was never sent the product nor an email confirming a tracking number. It was debited from credit card. Then via email was told it takes 5 days to receive a refund it has now been three weeks and still no refund I forward their email of confirmation to my credit card company to handle the matter as they will not respond to me or refund the money!!! The better business bureau needs to look into this company!!!! Buyer beware!!!

They charged my credit card $57.00 dollars over 2 months ago and when I contacted them product is not even shipped yet. IT IS A SCAM I will contact facebook and my credit card company to let them know this is a total Scam. I want my money back right now!

Ordered product beginning April and as of 7th May, still waiting! It appears to be shipped from the Netherlands, however i could have driven there and back many times during this time, and actually received my product! Communication consisted of one line responses and tracking info rarely updated! Would have given 0 stars but feeling generous.

I have just placed by 7th order with Mayraki. I have long, bleached, fine hair and their shampoo and repair treatment have been a godsend in helping control the damage and frizz caused by chemicals. Having tried many different shampoos/conditions over the years, including expensive salon brands, I can say that this is definitely good stuff. I have contacted customer services before and received a prompt, curious response to resolve any queries about orders. Overall, I'm happy with the products and service so far.
