I ordered a product on August 1st, and the order continued to show “Awaiting Fulfilment.” After waiting for several days, I requested a refund. It has now been more than 1.5 months, and I still haven’t received my refund. Every time I contact them, I’m told that I will receive an update from the finance team, but nothing happens. This has been extremely frustrating and stressful. Such a disappointing company to deal with. I would strongly recommend thinking twice before purchasing from them. Never received product, sent over TEN emails to them and they said the order will be dispatched, sent over 5 emails asking for a refund and every time there was a 7 day wait between reply telling me that I will receive the refund within 24 hours. Money lost ! 😡 SCAM ! Complain to your National authorities this will stop them from trading in your country Don’t waste your money

3 months still waiting for my refund. And you keep asking for my order number when it has already been provided. I have sent 30+ emails so you have this information or are you confused at there are probably hundreds of people you are writing these generic responses to? I've written a few reviews at this point but here is my order number AGAIN, 10189603. If you aren't going to refund me my money can you provide me with a credit so that I can at least get something I will use. I'm so tired of asking for a refund at this point as it's unlikely to be happen. Almost all ethical companies within a day of receiving the product back will refund, rather than provide you generic responses with absolutely no action. Do yourselves a favor- don't buy anything from here...smh.

I have placed my order in June, It's september now and I have never received anything and they didnt refund my money. This business is scam, dont buy anything from them.

While the product itself works exactly as advertised and delivers on its promises, the overall purchasing experience is extremely frustrating. Potential buyers need to be fully prepared for major logistical inconveniences. Shipping and delivery times are incredibly slow, frequently taking a full month or even longer for a package to arrive. To make matters worse, if you try to follow up on your delayed order, you will find that their customer service is consistently poor and unhelpful in almost every single interaction.

Disappointing customer service I placed an order with Mayraki on 29 August. I contacted the company with a query about my order but have received no response to my email. It is disappointing to receive no communication, particularly when you have already placed and paid for an order. I would expect a basic response to a customer enquiry. I will update this review depending on whether Mayraki responds and how the order is handled. ORDER #10192148 Update – 4 October 2026 Unfortunately, despite Mayraki’s public response below saying they would review my order and follow up, I have still received no communication whatsoever. My order was placed and paid for on 29 August, and as of today, 4 October, the parcel has still not been delivered. I have also received no meaningful update regarding its whereabouts or when I can expect delivery. It is particularly disappointing that the company responded publicly to this review and promised to follow up, yet nothing has happened since. At this stage, more than five weeks after placing the order, the lack of delivery and communication is unacceptable. I will update this review again if and when the matter is resolved. I had been purchasing products from them for 3 years now. In 2022-2023, they used to ship the order less than 3 days, and I used to get the delivery by less than a week. They used to deliver at the door. The product was good, it did decrease my grey hair a lot and I can see visible difference, Hair is growing in black and color lasts. However, from the beginning of 2025, their business has become shady. Once I order, I do not get any reply regarding my product for a month, and do not get the delivery for more than 3 months. Not only that, even though they claim their warehouse is in USA, the product comes from China and I need to pay extra tariff. This is very unfortunate. The product is really good and it works, but their shipment system and warehouse secrecy is a very shady business. I feel sad for this.

Scam Company! You will never receive your order or a refund! And I'm determined to hold you accountable! I ordered (#10190167) from this dishonest company around June 24th, but I haven’t received anything. Their automated system claimed fulfillment issues for a month, and on July 19th, they assured me I would get a refund in 10 business days, which never happened. Despite their promise that the refund would be processed 10 business days after July 19th, over 50 days have passed. I checked all my bank accounts—checking, savings, debit, and credit—and found no refund from your business. Honestly, what you're doing is nothing more than theft! I’ve decided to share my experience on social media to warn others and prevent more people from falling victim to your fraudulent practices. Additionally, I’ve contacted my bank to block all transactions with your company in Canada and am prepared to take further action. I will not accept apologies or empty gestures. I only demand my refund within 2 business days, and I won't settle for less! By the way, I’ve called your number numerous times, but it’s always busy! I suspect the US contact number and address are false; it appears your business is actually located in Singapore.
