I bough Ultima 9 Classic LaserComb recently, and it not work at all. No laser come out. I called customer services several times, first time they agree to pay deliver fee for return, but I never get a return label, I called again several times, finally a guy answered very rudely, you can return back on your own cost, or sent to repair, they can fix it then sent back to me. I live in Canada, I have to cross board several times for product never worked, never can used. I decided return it, and wouldn't buy anything from Hairmax. It's a Liar

I charged my ultima 12 laser comb yesterday for like 4 hours. I just used it for the first time today and it won’t turn on unless I keep it in the charger. So, I used it while it was in the charger. It beeps and vibrates every 4 seconds and the lights were on. I am just upset that no matter what I tried it won’t turn on unless it’s connected to the charger. Plus my head felt a little warm after I used it, I hope that’s ok.

I bought my first Lazer Comb 15 years ago It still works. I feel that the Lazer products make my hair feel considerably fuller. About two weeks ago I called and talked to an amazing lady named Cheryl. I was able to complete my order of the Lazer Band 82. I just discovered this product through FaceBook today and wanted to offer my comments regarding the reviews. Over 1/2 of reviews are not positive and at least another 1/3 have nothing to say about new hair growth at all, rather only customer service and other products used so, it seems that only a very small portion of reviews even mention hair growth after a very long time of usage. However, currently I am using the iRestore helmet for 6 weeks and no results yet. But, they offer a money back guarantee after 6 months if not satisfied so the risk is worth it for me to try it out. My question for HairMax is do you have a money back guarantee? Why does your product not cover the entire scalp? How long do you have to wear it and how often per week? What is the total cost for just the laser product? Thank you!

I’ve bought two in one year. Yeah, everyone around me said it was really effective. However, for myself, I didn’t feel much improvement. What I really felt was it surely stopped me losing my hair after using it for nearly a year. And that’s the reason I bought the second one as a gift to my friend suffering the same problem. In short, it is a convenient and effective device.

I think the product is slowing my hair loss. I am not seeing any regrowth that I had hoped for.

I've tried other brands, Hairmax is now my number one choice.
