My mum bought me one of these for my birthday on Sunday I’m yet to use it but she got it from qvc and the are offering 180 days without satisfaction money back guarantee so could probably work in the right circumstances I started losing my hair to the point I went to the doctor and he said a man of 26 it’s male patern bauldness but since then have found a new job and hair is getting so much better will try this out and hope it helps the growth along

This is absolutely waste of my hard earned money. Neither the laser comb nor the hair care products work at all. In fact I have tried their tablets/vitamins for a while but have experienced no difference at all. Their website says their shampoo, conditioner and booster work well with their laser combs. Big lie! The only thing so far worked was Rogaine (minoxidil).

I first noticed my hair was thinning on top in 2009, so I decided to purchase a Hairmax. I have been using it as recommended for 10 years but my hair has gradually thinned to the point that I'm considering shaving it all off. I wasn't expecting miracles, not even regrowth, but it would have been great if it has at least stopped the thinning..... but it hasn't.

I have been using my 9-laser haircomb since September 1 2018. Three times a week for the prescribed 11-12 minutes each session for 14 months, faithfully. And I am sorry to say that I have lost an additional (approximately) 40 - 50% of my hair. I have half the amount of hair I had last year before I started using this device. I am NOT saying this device made me lose my hair, but I AM saying this device did nothing to help me retain or regrow ANY NEW hair. I had big hopes, even though my dermatologist did tell me it probably would not work before I started last year. For those individuals that claim this device works, good for you !! For me, big disappointment.

I received the device recently and find it easy to use.

I've been using the hairmax 41 laserband for 3 weeks so it's really too soon to say if it really works for me. I'm a 48 years old woman with really big hair loss problems and embarrassing empty head's areas. Sooooo I'm going to use it properly and I'll tell you in few months. Bought on QVC Italy. What is the refound policy in this case? Claudia

I bought a Hair Max cap and within one week most of my hair fell out! No way can I recommend this to anyone.
