I initially ordered a shampoo & conditioner and almost immediately discovered that I preferred another product set. I sent an email to their Customer Service and received a response within an hour!! They quickly canceled my first order and fulfilled my second order, and I received my package in 3 days! Like I said, they are awesome!!
