Delivery was quick and I got lots of updates until delivery. I ordered Paul Mitchell tea tree shampoo and conditioner. Conditioner is fine but the shampoo appears to be a fake product. It smells horrible and does not look like the real product. I emailed the company and have gotten no response. Update - got a response from company - they indicated they will refund once I return the product. Great that they willing to do that

I ordered 3 bottles of shampoo. Shampoo in a plastic bottle with a protruding pump should not be shipped in bubble wrap in a plastic bubble bag. It should be in a box. I ordered 3 bottle of shampoo. One bottle was fine. On one bottle the pump broke. And the pump on the last bottle popped up and leaked.

The product arrived in a timely manner, but it was dried out and clearly outdated. Since I only saved a small percentage over the typical retail price, I wouldn't be likely to buy it again - I'd rather pay a little more and get product that is still in good condition. It's not that it is unusable - I can make it work. It's just that product that is as old and dried out as the product I got should have been half price.

Love this product. But both packages had a problem with the the product pump. One wasnt closed tight enuff & about a 1/3 of a cup had leaked into the package. The next one I had received the pump top had been tapped down and was bent and broken. I will save the 1st product's pump to use on the second bottle. Is there a way you can ship the product with a simple cap and the pump cap enclosed separately in the package? That way you can insure the simple cap is on tight enuff for a proper seal & the pump/plunger can be wrapped in a safety product & placed in the package without being connected to the product. thanks much.

Although they quickly addressed an order issue, I did receive a different product than what I ordered.

The product is a favorite of mine and is hard to find. I was out of town for a few days and it leaked because it probably froze in my mailbox. It smells and feels right and there was not much lost.

Great price. Great products. Packaging was less than stellar, and products had leaked excessively during transport.
