I love the wella products but am very upset I didn’t get what I ordered!! It is supposed to be for fine hair… I specifically like that kind!

I finally ran out of my current Pureology shampoo and used the Pureology shampoo I purchased through Hair Care and Beauty and it is awful. It smells bad and is watery. It definitely is not the Pureology I've used for years. I will not buy again.

Did not need the conditioner

It was packed really poorly. The top was broke off and shampoo was everywhere. It needed to be cased in a box that could protect it. Instead it was wrapped up in a bubble type envelope.

I received three bottles of the same product. One was the new branding label, two were so old the etched in label was already scratched off. And one of the bottles was open. Disappointed because I will not use product that is that old on my hair. Waste of money. I emailed the girl from you company that sent me a thank you for your purchase email, and I heard nothing back.

The reason I would rate two stars is because I got fake shampoo or it was expired the date was from 2018 it didn’t smell like it did it didn’t have the same consistency and it was chunky I’ve tried to email you guys multiple times and I haven’t got an email back. Spend 40 bucks on shampoo and conditioner I can’t use.

Ordered Biolage leave in hair conditioner. No problem with that. However, ordered Matrix hair shampoo and conditioner. Looks and smells like old product that was on the shelf for many years. For that reason, will not order from here again.

Products were poorly shipped, with flimsy packaging and dents in all of the containers.
