Fast service, now I know why.

The item shipped extremely quickly and arrived without trouble. The item was shipped priority 2 day, but took longer to get here. (Not the sellers fault. That is not the reason for the 3 stars.) The reason for the 3 star review is because upon opening the medium flat rate box, I encountered conditioner on the inside of the box. The items were packaged with bubble wrap around the sides and tape across the tops. However, no bubble wrap was applied to the tops/necks of the bottles, and at some point during its journey it encountered blunt force. So where the neck attaches to the bottle cracked and that is where the substance was leaking from. Had there been bubble wrap applied there, where it is needed most, this may not have happened. I did not contact them looking for a refund or replacement as my wife has the larger bottles already so I ported the contents into the bottle we already had. In the future though I would suggest taking one of the sheets of bubble wrap you use to wrap the sides and put it around the necks. I too do a lot of online selling and shipping and believe it is better to over package than have it come back to bite you.
