I was very impressed by the quick personal response I received when I realized I had ordered the wrong product. I was offered a refund upon receipt of the returned products. I figured I'd just be stuck with un-needed/unwanted merchandise. I'll keep this company at the top of my list!

the affordable price allows me to try the shampoo and conditioner to see if it helps with my hair loss. While it's too soon to tell, my hair is shiny and soft after using it.
