Product was received before due date. I was kept informed as to its arrival. Packaging was appropriate for product.

Not good, They were out of the product I had ordered and didn't seem to know it until getting ready to ship it.
I really cannot write a review because I never received my product I had ordered. I was disappointed. If John Freida isn't selling it any longer it shouldn't have been on the web site.

Customer Service is Back!!!
Initially I received the wrong product, so I was less than satisfied with HairCareAndBeauty com. Within 2 days I received an e-mail from Mindy asking what she could to do to help. She sent me the correct product and a postage paid return label so I could return the initial products. HairCareAndBeauty's delivery is very quick, I am extremely satisfied with the product, they take responsibility for what they do, and I would recommend them to anyone buying beauty products on line. Thanks again Mindy!!!

A very reliable firm.
This firm stands by the products they sell. If the customer is not satisfied, they will gladly issue a refund and absorb the return shipping.
