I was looking for a less expensive option of one of my favorite hair products. Found it at hair and beauty.com. I bought three bottles of Superstar by Bed Head for about the same price as one at most stores! first purchase and very happy. I'll definitely shop here again

My experience is that I haven't even gotten an email, much less a shipment notice on products I ordered on May 23. I called to inquire and all i get is a recording to leave a message. If you need your products sooner that at least a month, don't order from them. Any other site I have ordered products from has processed and delivered them within a week. If they are not going to send my products I want a refund.

We're so sorry for your negative experience. As we stated in our emails, the product you ordered was unable to be shipped, and the charge was voided immediately. We have attempted to reach you several times to avoid any misunderstandings, but we have not received any response. Our order confirmations are sent automatically when placing an order. If you did not receive one, please check your spam folder, or confirm that you entered your correct email address when placing your order. Our sincerest apologies for any misunderstanding, and please don't hesitate to reach out to us with any further questions about this transaction, or if there is anything else we can help you with. We always stand with our customers, and do everything in our power to ensure complete satisfaction, and we'd love to hear from you directly.

Amazing customer service! Received my item quickly and I didn't pay an arm and a leg for the shampoo I desperately needed for my hair since I have my keratin treatment! Will definitely be a frequent customer
