I am delighted to find the products I needed online with this company. They arrived promptly and securely. Notifications about my order were timely and personal. I will look to them first when ordering products from their inventory in the future. On this order, a bonus of two great products was included to No shipping charges were incurred.

You sent me the wrong product I went to your website and told you. You did respond back saying you will ship the 2 items I order. That was over a week ago and still no product. But you got my money of $60. I ordered 2 bottles of Bain de terre recovery complex conditioner for fine hair but what I received was 1 bottle of Bain de terre for corse hair. So someone needs to contact me to either refund my money or to tell me you are going to overnight my product that I ordered.

I love Nioxin products and my normal place to buy from did not have what I was looking for. Stumbled upon the HairCareAndBeauty.com site and placed an order. I was contacted right away that one of my items was no longer available and said they would send a larger size at no additional cost. That is great client service. Received my package and it was shipped perfectly - wrapped and no leakage. I even received a complimentary item! I recommend this seller.
