I was not happy with my last experience because not only did you NOT ship the 1 item I really wanted, but you shipped an item that I did NOT want. At that point it was too much trouble to fuss about sending back and correcting so I just decided I won't order from you again. I don't know if it's your website that makes it confusing to see what you've ordered, but I'm 100% certain that the 1 item I wanted WAS in fact in my shopping cart.
