I ordered some bleach powder from haircareandbeauty and the items came beautifully packaged however damaged. I contacted the company and their amazing customer service rep Sara made everything right . I can always shop from them with confidence not to mention their great prices and hard to find items.

We are sorry the product was not as expected, this is a discontinued product which did not come with a seal from the company. We always stand behind our products, the product may have been affected in storage. A courtesy full refund was issue to the buyer.

I ordered 3 bottles of shampoo and conditioner. I was disappointed when the shampoo arrived with approximately 2 oz of product missing. In addition, one bottle of shampoo is very thin and pale. It appears that the product has been watered down.

Ended up puchasing a little more so I could get free shipping and then they didn't give correct postage to the postal service so I had to run to my local post office and pay them for the package.

I like the treatment and the fact that I can do it at home and not have to go to the salon.

My order was processed quickly, shipped quickly, and arrived relatively on time. Delivery by USPS is often delayed in this area, but it arrived on the fifth day. Totally satisfied with my experience.

I live in a small town and order most items off the internet. I stumbled on to this web site and so happy I did. Their prices were lower than most others and very quick service! I will be shopping here again!
