I absolutely LOVE the Hairbrella Classic sport XL bathing cap! I’ve used it twice and the design is exceptional ! The interior satin lining prevents pulling and breaking my hair. The cap actually glides on. The design of the classic sport cap does not allow any water to get underneath and when I take the cap off my hair looks great! It is the most attractive, waterproof bathing cap I’ve ever had. It is so easy to put on and take off. Unlike typical bathing caps this one has a wide band all around the cap which makes it very comfortable and attractive! There is a buckle on the back that you snap when you finish putting it on. It allows you to adjust the fit, no other cap has this! Besides the wonderful design I must mention their exceptional customer service. If you have a concern you contact them and they immediately return with very helpful advice. I ordered the wrong size at first but the staff at Hairbrella took care of it and immediately sent me a replacement in the right size even though I must have measured incorrectly. I will definitely recommend Hairbrella to anyone who seeks a quality product and exceptional customer service!

I gave my hairbrella 5 stars because it has stayed on night after night. The adjustable strap has been a game changer. I have tried other brands but in the morning I wake up & they have slipped off sometime during the night. I am telling all my friends and family to give this a try. I will be back for more

I ordered both the rain cap and shower cap from Hairbrella, and I’m really happy with my purchase! I keep the rain cap in my car, and it is clutch living in Florida with our unpredictable rain. Both are cute, comfortable, and do a great job protecting my hair. Definitely a great purchase!

Ordering from the website was a very smooth process. All options were presented with clear photos and descriptions. I do love my rain scarf, but I do wish it was just a little bit larger. A little bit more material to sit on the shoulder and chin area, with the satin extending further. The rain here in Alaska has begun and the snow is on its way. I don’t have to carry an umbrella walking into work from the parking lot and my hands remain free to carry in my very necessary coffee, breakfast, work bag, and positive attitude. Ordered the swim cap and exchanged 2 times after trying to get the right fit. Excess pouch at back of cap doesn’t work for my thin mature hair or fit my head. Exchange was quick but when I gave up and asked for a credit it took 4 emails and over a month to get the credit. I finally received it after my last frustrated email.

Didn't fit! I purchased the largest cap for my long locks. It wasn't large at all. I returned the item on August 21st and still haven't received my refund 10/1. I keep getting the run around and was told that I have to pay a restocking fee. Totally unacceptable; why should I have to pay for restocking a small item as a swim cap..in addition to waiting more than 5 weeks for a refund.

I have ordered from Hairbrella a couple of times and it was always a great shopping experience everytime. the sleep caps and shower caps are durable and high quality made. They have a pocket to store the excess strap from sizing. You also get a custom fit everytime. No slipping for falling off here. The sunhats are amazing I got 2 of the su. Hats with the side ventilation which is perfect for me I live in hot humid Florida. I love being able to protect my thin hair from the uv rays. I had questions before I place an order and I got a quick timely response and customer care was super helpful. I was able to shop with confidence knowing i got exactly what I needed and wanted. They were super helpful.

I am white as can be with Irish curls. That means curly underneath and curls and hair that easily turns to frizz. I bought this to take with me to Scotland knowing how rainy it is. My daughter ended up borrowing it for her trip to Scotland before me. The only text I got from her while she was away was one telling me the Hairbrella was her lifesaver. She loved it so much that she conveniently lost it so I hd to buy a new one for my trip. It is a game changer for hair like mine. You don't even have to have black hair or weird hairlike mine to reap the benefits. Let it rain and keep your beautiful do.
