Sometimes I see something cute or useful and think, let me see what this is about 😂 Buying online can be a gamble, though, because you don’t really know if it’s worth your coins until it gets there! I’m a corporate girly and wanted something easy to keep in my tote for those unexpected rainy days. But BABY!!! This little thing came THROUGH! First of all, it actually works. Second, she is CUTE! I wore it in pouring rain and didn’t feel a single drop from the neck up. Hair protected and still looking put together? Yes, please! I bought the heavier version, but now I’m definitely getting the lighter one for the warmer months. This was a whole hit!

The sun hat and rain scarf are amazing. I love the products. The rain scarf has a satin lining to protect the hair and keep natural hair from puffing up.

I haven't tried it yet because I didn't get it until after my vacation but I will use it next month. Im rating customer service. For some reason when I placed my order the auto fill used an 8 year old address. I sent an email and they were about to see it was returned and they asked for my address and mailed it right out. I didn't have to look up order numbers and attached anything or help them find my order. The email I replied to was enough. I love simple solutions.

I recently ordered a rain hat, shower cap and a sleep cap from Hairbrella. This was my 3rd order since my first hairbrella rain hat I purchased several years ago. I received my order in a timely manner. After wearing my rain hat twice the stretch band ripped clean from the hat base. I was shocked because my first hat lasted a few years. I thought, here we go the quality has changed. I logged in see what I could do. Requested a replacement, uploaded pictures and was contacted within a day. Received my replacement in less than a week. Excellent service and warranty.

Excellent customer service! Prioritised my product & shipping experience

I am a repeat customer of Hairbrella. My first purchase was this past summer when I bought the "Satin-Lined, Waterproof Sun Hat" in leopard print. I found the hat to have quality materials, stylish, and of course practical. My next purchases were the black, Classic Sport "Satin-Lined Waterproof, Adjustable Swim Cap" and the black, Classic "Satin-Lined Sleep Cap." Again, both items were made of quality materials. This was evident when I took them out of the fancy shipping bags! I love how each one of their caps, hats have the protective satin lining. This is especially important to me as someone who suffers from alopecia. And, lastly, I love the sizing options for the products. I have short hair, so the Classic Sport was perfect for my head! I highly recommend shopping with HAIRBRELLA! You won't be disappointed!

The swimming caps that I purchased were amazing. I returned one of the items and they were very kind & responsive.

Unfortunately, the Hairbrella swim cap simply did not work for me. I bought it specifically to keep my hair dry while swimming, but every time I used it, water seeped through and my hair ended up completely soaking wet. Water also collected inside the cap. I followed the instructions and tried it several times. I contacted customer service via social media, and to be fair, they were helpful and sent me an alternative cap to try. Unfortunately, that one didn’t work either. It was a little too small, but I couldn’t have made it any tighter — it was already wrapped so tightly around my head that it became uncomfortable and actually left my head aching — and yet water still got through. I really wanted these caps to work, but after trying two different ones, I have to say they were a complete disappointment. If the main purpose of a swim cap is to keep your hair dry, unfortunately these just didn’t do that for me.
