I ordered two swim caps and a men's sleep cap. The swim caps were correct, but the men's sleep cap wasn't. I reached out to customer service, and my replacement was processed. After using the sleep cap for a month, the strap broke. It's a great cap, and I love it, but the strap/clasp mechanism is sensitive. I'll reach out to customer service again to ask if it's fixable. If not, I'll order another one, because I love the satin lining and like how it fits securely on my head. Overall, a good experience with Hairbrella, and I would still recommend them.

Update: Just got closure with Hairbrella, acknowledging the challenges they were facing at the time I initiated my return and the problem that created for me. I appreciate the fact that they are reaching out to affected customers now and doing what they can to make things right. Original review Had to leave the matter with my credit card company since I had not been able to reach a resolution about returning a swim cap that had a broken clasp when I received it. Long wait times between communications, and then ghosting.

I love that the inside has this silky material . I got this cause I saw a woman and a man with locs wear it . Both submerged themselves in water and showed how their hair stayed dry . I was sold on that . I got it for myself and tried it out . I jumped in the pool , went under water and still had dry hair by the end of my swim session . Definitely a great buy !

I purchased a swim cap for my daughter but it was too small. I reached out 4 times and all I got was an automated response they will respond in 48 hours. 14 days later and still no response. I feel like someone held me at gunpoint and robbed me. What a waste of my hard earned money.

I don’t know about the other products but the swim caps are a complete waste of money. Might as well not put anything on your head. They should stop selling these. They know that it doesn’t work and yet keep taking our money

I’ve purchased two items, and they both work as intended. I have the sun hat and the swim cap. I’m very satisfied and would purchase from this company again.

I love the hats because they don’t pull my hair out, it’s waterproof, and great for protection from the sun. It comes in various colors and is very stylish too.

My Hairbrella satin sleep cap is wonderful. It doesn’t come off during the night. Plus I don’t sweat with it on like other sleep items I’ve used.
