The customer service and communication is great however the product is just like other swim caps. After use my daughter hair still gets wet just same when we used the swim caps for £5

I have ordered swimming caps for my daughter , unfortunately she is not comfortable with the caps because of sizing issue. They have accepted return and refunding the money with out any issues. Good job team

This product does what it says, I use the swim cap and it has helped to keep my hair dry while swimming and water aerobics, more importantly, it eliminates breakage caused by other swim caps. I highly recommend this product and company.

I have had my XLswimcap for sometime now.It fits amazing without being uncomfortable and has room for alot of hair. My hair stays dry the entire time i am swimming and am planning to get one for my daughter too. Their customer service is amazing as well & i highly recommend hairbrella.

I had an amazing experience with Hairbrella. I had an issue with the first swim cap I bought. I contacted Hairbrella and they suggested a different size. I sent them a picture of my hair and I got the size they suggested. It works perfectly now. I tried to send them back the other swim cap but they told me to keep and just gift it to someone. I did just that. Thank you Hairbrella for not only for getting back with me quickly when I had a problem but also for correcting that problem quickly.
