I ordered a swim cap for my 5yr old granddaughter without realising the kids size is recommended for ages 2-4, I reached out and straightaway I was contacted with a resolution even though it was my mistake they offered me a refund or store credit Without me having to pay the return shipping from the uk. Fantastic customer service very understanding which is rare nowadays would highly recommend this company 😊

The Hairbrella Satin-Lined Waterproof, Adjustable Swim Cap exceeded my expectations and the customer service did too. I ordered the wrong size and they were happy to accommodate me with a return/exchange. It really keeps the water out and is comfortable. The satin lining is gentle on your hair.

I ordered a black infinity rain scarf and shower cap on 10/28/25 and they were marked delivered on 11/3/25. Unfortunately, I did not receive the order (so I thought) and I reached out to customer service. They answered my email immediately and were diligently trying to resolve my order. They even offered to resend the items to make it right for me! Thankfully, my neighbor was holding had my package for me and all was good. The customer service was on point and so are both items I ordered. The quality of the material is top tier just as the quality of customer service.

My new favorite jacket. No need to carry my bags, cup, keys AND umbrella. Best purchase. Customer service was amazing as well. I noticed once I hit applepay the size went back to default small. I replied to the order confirmation and let them know that I needed Large. They were gracious and sent the right size.

This has GOT to be the SOFTEST shower cap I have ever had!!! The others from the store always get crunchy and stiff after many uses and have to be replaced. Plus, they never seem to protect my hair edges. Hairbrella's shower cap fits around ALL of my hair, including the edges, so my hair is nice and dry after I shower. The shower cap is easy to adjust, too, depending on my hairstyle--2 stand twists, braids, etc. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I have been looking for products like this forever! I have curly hair and live in London so maintaining a blowout is impossible - I got the beanie and the scarf hood and they are exactly what I needed! They are stylish and functional and they keep my hair perfect but I dont look like I have a shower cap on while commuting to work, and they are washable and comfy. Definitely all pros! One thing for me was that the beanie looks a bit oddly shaped when on but I think its because its giving let for curly hair to not get smooshed down.
