Impossible to do a return. I've given up and will have to go to credit card company to try and get a refund. If you want a hairbrella item buy it on Amazon and not directly from them. If I had bought the swim cap from Amazon the return would have been easy peasy.

These are excellent products. I have ordered: a swim cap(I am an open-water swimmer), a raincoat, two bucket hats,two scarves, a baseball cap and for our grandson with very curly hair, a sleep and a shower cap. I am a melanoma survivor and I appreciate the 50 UPF and the satin linings keep hairstyles nice without"hat hair" and my hair stays dry in our rain-forest climate. Customer service is great & the selection of superior products is unsurpassed.

I learned about Hairbrella during a swim lesson and while the swim caps are great; the sleep cap is PHENOMENAL. It comes in my favorite color -evergreen and is snug, warm (it's getting cooler here now) and ooh so kind to my fragile, thinning hair. Added bonus it has a sleep mask attached as well. I cannot think of a better combo for a peaceful night's sleep. Well-done Hairbrella!

Delivery was fast. One rain hat had threads coming out. One had a few black stains from material on the plastic visor. I didn’t want to send them back because of all the restocking fees and effort needed to do so. I do like the infinity scarves however. I would say don’t expect to be dry if standing still in persistent heavy rain. Overall, I’m not mad at my purchase. I think the scarves are cute. Most were gifts, and the recipients liked them too! I wouldnt purchase the shower cap or recommend it. It’s a glamorized bonnet. I don’t find that it is a true shower cap unless you can actively stand under the water and not get wet. Otherwise, what’s the point? I want to try the lite scarf next and I would cop an additional heavy scarf. They are cute ngl. Don’t go to crazy. Be mindful of your budget. - Truth

I had seen this in my feed for months before I bought my swim and shower caps. And I'm mad I didn't do it earlier. We have a pool, and my hair is normally Purple. Color-treated hair and chlorine don't mix. I've tried other swim caps and just gave up on getting my hair wet when I went in. We decided to take a bucket list trip, so naturally I had to have my hair done. Which means I need to protect it, Hairbrella to save the money spent at the salon for the win! Not only was I able to snorkel with the swim cap, but i jumped in, and it didn't budge, and my color was intact on both occasions. The Shower cap came into play while on the ship as well. Both are easy to use. I probably should have sized up on the swim cap. I don't know how many times I told my other half, "this was the best investment for my hair."

You really want to try everything on the site. The products are useful in any number of situations so Hairbrella places itself as a go-to for daily hair needs. I’ve tried the shower cap and sleep bonnet. Sturdy materials and beautiful colors to choose from. Your friends will feel loved when you get them something from Hairbrella! I’m eyeing winter and rain gear next! In addition, customer service-wise, they have really set the bar high addressing delays and providing credit.
