They aren’t 100% waterproof which is what made me purchase unfortunately 2 for our holiday. I bought them in advance for the holiday which made me miss the return window too and it’s disappointing for how much they cost. I wanted to keep my niece’s hair as dry as possible for our holiday as she loves swimming but after being in the pool so much her hair didn’t stay dry at all. The only part of the holiday it was good for was myself at the waterpark but being in water for long periods doesn’t keep your hair dry.

Hi, thank you for sharing your experience. We’re truly sorry the Swim Caps did not keep your niece’s hair as dry as expected during extended time in the pool. We understand how disappointing that is, especially after purchasing them for your holiday. We’ve requested your order details so our Customer Care team can review this further and reach out with the best possible resolution.
