Ok so boom! I ordered the satin lined sun hat in the regular size (I measured my head) but it wasn’t large enough for my curls or braids. I sent an email requesting an exchange for an XL and Hairbrella’s customer care team handled it very professionally. The hat didn’t arrive before my trip but I will get a lot of use out of it, being that I live in California and I’m always outside for Hollywood Bowl concerts! The hat is so comfy and cute and I love the lighter neutral color. Thanks Hairbrella.

They were quick in responding back to me so I thought that was amazing in getting my issue resolved. The quality of the products speaks volumes by themselves.

I took my hat and hair wrap all the way to Jamaica with me. The hat was definitely a 10 out of 10. Not only did it protect me from the sun, I got rained on too. The waterproof hat came was definitely handy.

I recommend all of their products because I have 3 so far and the quality is top tier. I have a couple swim caps that have saved my hair while swimming but my fave product so far is the rain scarf. I hate carrying umbrellas and I usually lose them so having something compact to cover my hair in the rain is clutch. The fabric also makes it very stylish so you can wear it when its not raining too!! I wanna get a rain jacket next. If you’re contemplating a purchase go ahead and do it, you will be very happy.

Unfortunately, I’m not happy with this swimming cap. I purchased it a couple of months ago hoping it would keep my daughters hair dry while swimming, but water consistently gets inside the cap. Because of this, my daughters hair still gets wet every time I use it. I understand that no swim cap may be 100% waterproof, but I expected much better protection. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend this cap if your main goal is to keep your hair dry.

We were very pleased how it worked on our daughter's locs while at the beach but the adjustment clip did break on one side.

II had a staining issue with one of the sleep caps. The team was very responsive, apologetic, and professional. They addressed and resolved my issue quickly.

I ordered my hairbrella products on 9/4/2026 and they were delivered on 9/7/2026, a whole day earlier than the estimated delivery date. The packaging was really nice. My order was sealed inside of a thick, opaque, black bag that protected it from the elements (it was raining the day it was delivered and the delivery person left it on the edge of my covered porch) and each item was individually sealed inside a reusable zip top bag. The colors were beautiful and looked just as vibrant in person as they did online. I thought the sleep cap was going to be hot and maybe hold in heat, but I was pleasantly surprised that it did not make me the least bit uncomfortable! I love my items and will buy again in the future.
