Excellent experience with Greg at hacked.com. My FB account was hacked and completely taken over by the hacker. I found hacked.com when googling everything and anything to try to find a way back on my FB. Before finding hacked.com I thought I was. going to be among the many who lost their FB accounts for good. Greg was extremely helpful and patient in guiding me through the different steps toward recovering my account. He was very trustworthy and knew the exact steps to take. He not only recovered my account but also helped me secure both my FB and IG account to prevent this from happing again. I just got off my Zoom meeting with Aaron. He was very knowledgeable, patient, and willing to help me with all my questions.
I am now back on Facebook. While he was online with me, he checked a number of other security issues and advised me on how to prevent further hacks.

So thankful to get my hacked Facebook account back after one meeting!
My facebook account was hacked and no matter what I tried I was not able to gain access to it again after almost a month of trying.The hacker was thorough and deleted my email address from my account and changed it to theirs! I really thought I lost my account forever with 14 year of memories and pictures. I was very untrusting of anyone claiming they could help but I came across the website for hacked.com, read through many of the reviews and thought I would give it a shot. I decided to request Christian since he sounded like he could offer the best help I needed. I scheduled a 50 minute appointment and within 20 minutes he found a way to get me back onto my page that I just couldn't find on my own. We had a few minor glitches getting in and were waiting for an email from facebook which didn't come until the night of my session with Christian. Calming professional and empathetic help

Facebook Hacked
I signed up for a 85 dollar consult with hacked.com. The company did not send me a link to connect to the Zoom call until 7 minutes after the call was suppose to start. Then I could hear him and he could not hear me. I have had zoom calls with no problem and for some reason my mute could not be switched to unmute. He then disconnected after about 5 minutes and I got an email saying sorry about the failed connection and I could rescheduled another call for 50% off. They were quick to want more money for another call. Interesting how they are supposed to be so tech savvy and can't produce a successful Zoom call. They are all about the money. I disputed the charge with my bank and all the sudden they produced all these emails that I never received!!! So buyer Beware!!!!!!!My call was with Aaron Weaver don't use him.

I understand that technology can sometimes be unreliable, and that emails can end up in spam folders. However, we have a policy of sending confirmation emails with Zoom links to all of our clients. We also have a process in place to check on clients who do not join their consultations on time.
In your review, you mentioned that you would have preferred a phone call instead of a Zoom consultation. We understand your preference, but we do not offer phone calls as an option. Zoom allows us to share screens and walk our clients through difficult processes. This provides the best possible service and security for our clients.
Regarding the refund, we understand that you are disappointed that we are not able to offer a full refund. However, our experts are on standby for the scheduled time slots. They are unavailable to assist other clients during this period, which is why we cannot offer a full refund for missed consultations.

Great experience that helped to cured me of the awful feeling you get when someone gets into your business and scams from it. It’s even more difficult when you need a hacker to help. Where do I start to look for this… thanks to a local news network, I came across this company. I’m still trying to recover a page but I have an appointment. I’ll keep you posted
