I was hacked about a month ago on Facebook and the hackers completely logged me out and changed all my login credentials and contact information. I had my same account for 16 years and help out with multiple animal rescue groups through the social platform, so you can imagine my utter heartbreak after getting hacked. After many failed attempts at emailing Facebook for help, I decided to move forward with an appointment with Hacked.com. Greg Franklin was very thorough, precise and kind. He was able to successfully get me back into my account and helped me remove all the junk the hackers changed or added and helped me set up multiple authentications to minimize chances of being hacked again. I wish I would've reached out sooner!! Now back to saving animals!! Thanks for everything!
