I lost my FB page for a week. A friend from high school asked for my number, then sent me a code to send back to her and to verify. 5 mins later I was locked out of FB. These folks are solid. Worked in IT for first half of my career and finance for the second. Greg, the resource who I worked with, was so competent and effective that I found myself asking what other things he might be able to help with. I was not expecting such competency. A couple of suggestions though. Follow directions. That's very important. Be patient. Facebook support is the single most incompetent group of people on this planet. It will take time, a lot of time even, to get results. Just be patient. Let these folks do what they do best. They'll sort you out. Just be assured that you have some of the most competent people out there helping you. For sure.

Aaron Weaver is a lifesaver!! My Facebook was hacked last week & the culprits were able to add an email, remove my phone number and add two factor authentication in a matter of minutes. It took only one 50 minute session for Aaron to get me back control of my account. He walked me through the steps with patience and made sure my account was secure before we logged off. It was an easy process to set up the appointment and have Aaron log on to my devices to assist me. If I could give Hacked.com more than 5 stars, I definitely would!
