I couldn’t have been more happy and pleased with the assistance provided by Christian. Christian is the BEST of the BEST!!! He is extremely knowledgeable, very professional, exceptionally skilled and talented, super polite, easy to understand and lightening FAST at finding ALL of the problems. Christian was an absolute joy to work with during one of the most stressful times of my life! Both my Facebook and Messenger accounts were hacked. In addition, my email account and cell phone number that I used for two-factor authentication on Facebook were also compromised by the hackers. I was completely locked out of my accounts. I had never been hacked before and am not technically savvy at all. I did not even know where to begin to find help. You can no longer reach a live person at Facebook. All you can do is send Facebook an email describing the problem, submit your driver’s license and WAIT for assistance. When you submit your documentation, an auto response is generated stating that it could be weeks before you receive a response from Facebook. With millions and millions of FB users out there, I was not very hopeful. After I submitted my hacking documentation to Facebook, I received a text message offering assistance. I was so stressed out that I mistakenly assumed this text was from Facebook. It was not Facebook! It was some third-party service that only texted back and forth. I could not talk or speak directly with this person. This person was a complete waste of my time and money and actually instructed me to do things like create a second Facebook account that Christian later had to delete. I found out the hard way that you have to be very careful who you ask for assistance. By this time, I had gone from not feeling very hopeful to feeling totally hopeless. Thankfully, one of my brothers suggested that I contact the company, “Hacked.com”. Christian reached out to me not long after I emailed “Hacked.com. Christian was very understanding and encouraging. He emailed me back saying that the sooner we get started kicking the hackers out of my accounts, the better. I was still a little apprehensive because of my recent dead-end experiences, but quickly scheduled a Zoom meeting with Christian. What a JOY and a relief to be able to see Christian’s face and to actually TALK to a live person!!! He put me at ease almost instantly! Christian did not “guarantee” success, but said that his company had recovered thousands of hacked accounts and was very encouraging that my accounts could be recovered too. Christian went to work immediately. He was relentless and extremely persistent! Christian worked quickly to restore access to my Facebook and Messenger Accounts. He also looked for any and all vulnerabilities in my settings that could make me susceptible to potential hacking in the future. Because I am not a tech person and know so little about computers, I was a little slow at following Christian’s instructions. This was not Christian’s fault at all. Christian’s was always very patient and his instructions were very easy to understand. I was the dummy who was afraid of doing something wrong so I moved very slowly and cautiously at implementing Christian’s instructions. Still, Christian was always very reassuring. Then at one point to speed things up, Christian even took remote control of my laptop screen for me. Thank you Christian!!! I cannot say it enough that if you ever find yourself in the horrible situation of being hacked, contact “Hacked.com” and request Christian Erickson for assistance. You will be really happy that you did and never regret it. Thanks to Christian, I am smiling again and finally able to breathe with ease for the first time after being hacked. I have control of my Facebook and Messenger accounts again. Even though it seems to me like these evil hackers continue to become more sophisticated and more dangerous every day, I have complete confidence that my FB and Messenger accounts are now extremely secure. After trying what I thought was everything available, I connected with Hacked.com and in less than 25 minutes had my account back and set up with two factor authentication. Now back to cleaning out the "crap" which the hacker had added.
