Hacked.comReviews of hacked.com

Let me tell you, this company knows what they are doing! I had a pleasure speaking to Aaron and he was fantastic! He was patient and walked me through all steps needed to get my Facebook back! I would strongly recommend Hacked.com to anyone who has a problem with hacked social media.

My Facebook account was hacked on 6/3/2023. The hacker was harassing my family and my friends. This caused me so much stress and anxiety. Greg Franklin and Christian Erickson were both always so calm and very helpful. The whole process took exactly 13 months for me to finally regain access to my Facebook. Greg Franklin and Christian Erickson did a phenomenal job at helping me. I received a response from the Attorney General about a month after filing the complaint, but it took 11 months for Facebook to contact me. They requested I give an email never associated to my Facebook or any other Social Media account. I wound up creating a new email. They wanted an explanation of events that led to the loss of my account. I did exactly as I was instructed by Greg with my responses and they requested I send my id to confirm I am indeed the owner of my account. 3 days later, I received the link to reset my password. I also did what I was instructed and once back into my account, I set up a meeting with Greg to secure the account. My best advice is, be patient, trust in them, they know what they are doing. Both were very helpful during the process and followed up with emails after my sessions to break down in steps what to do next. Hacked.com, Greg and Christian took away all of my stress with their efforts and I would highly recommend their expertise. They are awesome!

Christian was very professional and great to work with. He got my hacked Facebook account back and helped me implement new account safeguards. I highly recommend this service and Christian specifically

Helped me secure my Facebook account. Attentive and patient. The peace of mind that your info is safe is worth it!

Christian was an absolute superstar. After 6 weeks of constantly having to change my password to secure my Facebook account only to have it taken over again I had run out of options on what to do as Facebook themselves were of no help. If you are facing issues with your social media apps or even as a preventative option I could not recommend this enough. It's totally legit, friendly and helpful. I'm in New Zealand and I will admit I was dubious at first. I did my research (so you won't have to now) and discovered they were a reputable company.

What can I say, from start to finish the service I received was outstanding. Christian was invaluable and was able to help me retrieve both my personal and my business Facebook pages back after being hacked and suspended. 5 star doesn't seem enough more like 11/10 in my book! Yes there was some parts I had to do as well but with their guidance and knowledge the whole process was clear and concise. Can't thank you enough for your help and support!

Aaron was wonderful to work with, patient, knowledgeable and positive! We were able to get my account back in one session. I am so incredibly grateful! I was really nervous about even making the appointment, as it’s hard to trust anyone after you have been hacked. But I am so glad I did! I would recommend them 100 percent!

They got my super hacked AF Facebook account back! I am grateful.
