Greg has been very attentive, as he helped me get into my account, but the issue continued as the hackers had created an authenticator code that he was unable to remove. He responded to every email after the call to check on me and let me know what I could do next. After a couple days Facebook had removed that code, and I was able to remove the email of the hacker. Not sure if I would have waited if they would have taken care of the issue without me having to pay the $99. The only disappointment I had was it felt rushed and you are unable to ask any questions in that time frame. That is why I didn't give a 5.

Do Not Wait! Contact Hacked.com. Not every outcome will be the same, but my experience with Christian and Hacked.com is just like every other positive review you have read. I spent 5 days in the Facebook loop. Email and phone number had been removed from my account and I tried everything. I thought my account of 16 years would be lost forever. Christian was able to get back into my account and get rid of the hacker during the first call. I cannot thank Christian enough and I will be promoting him and Hacked.com as much as I can. Hacked .com recovered my facebook account twice. The first time it was hacked. Christian secured my account and made it safe! The second time, two weeks later it was not hacked but a facebook glitch.
