Predatory, money-grubbing business practices. Do NOT place bids with this company. If the selling price of the auction doesn't meet their "ideals", they'll just send an email to the bidders who won the items, informing them that "the integrity of the auction was compromised" due to THEIR OWN BUSINESS PRACTICES, and then restart the auction the following day with the starting bid AT THE WINNING BID FROM THE PREVIOUS DAY. Absolutely disgusting, disgraceful, selfish business practices and should NOT be encouraged through ANY further bids, purchases, or items provided to them for auction. Do NOT patronize this business in ANY form.

While their latest Star Wars auction had closed and winners notified on May 4, 2026, they decided to extend for an extra 24 hours just to make more money. Winners were then outbid. That is highly unethical and also illegal. Will never bid with HA again.

Significantly overcharged postage. Then after constant emails, Heritage finally admitted fault. Now I'm still waiting to receive my refund. Staff are friendly enough, but there's no rush to help or solve anything unless I follow up repeatedly and push for action. In no world would it cost $500 to send a single comic to Australia, and in no world should I be the one chasing my refund.

For about 40 years I had a collection of 1930's baseball cards, two of them Babe Ruth, and a bunch of other Hall of Famers. I knew I needed to sell with a trusted name and experts in the high end of the hobby so I contacted Heritage. I consigned with Lee Iskowitz, their vintage card expert and not only was he extremely knowledgeable and knew how to get the best possible price for my collectibles, but he was extremely friendly and easy to deal with. As was Matt, his assistant. I had a little trepidation at first when it came to packing and shipping the cards to them, but once I knew they had arrived safely, everything was smooth sailing. I am sad to have to get rid of childhood memories like this but could not have asked for a better experience. I hope to be able to consign again with Lee in the future.

Other auctions houses promise you the world, but in the many MANY items I have put thru Heritage, they are the only ones who not only commit and promise, but deliver. There is no other auctions houses that can compare. They are in a league of their own. I will continue to deal with no one else but Heritage. And you should also.
