Gunnar Optiks made ordering my glasses quick and efficient, even getting my prescription glasses to me faster than I expected. They kept me very informed about the whole process and packaged everything very well.

My order was shipped to the wrong location. Customer service made the process easy to fix.

I'm giving a green/5 star because at this stage, all I've received is a shipment containing the foldable cardboard box (glasses holder) and the wipes. If I could give any feedback here, it would be nice to get the package together, as one shipment. I got all excited thinking my (prescription) glasses were here, but that's a few weeks off. No big deal, I am patient and don't expect anything - esp custom prescription glasses - to be rushed. Other than the 'free gift' box, I'm still waiting for the glasses (the main part) of this order.

Easy, no negatives

Good experience at first, but the glasses were flawed and the process of fixing the issue should have been easier

Hi Brian, Sorry to hear you had issues with your order. Sorry if you didn't enjoy our warranty claim process. It is our standard process of documenting any important information we receive about issues with glasses, so again, super sorry if you felt it was inconvenient. We'll continue seeing what we can do to streamline the process. Best wishes, Terry
