Where is my order and where is the email confirming my order? I was charged on my credit card but no follow up.

Hi Lisa, Checking your order information, it looks like USPS is currently under duress from the holiday season and package deliveries are delayed. Sincere apologies as we've shipped the item on time, but with the holidays and increased package load, some packages are arriving slower than normal, and that isn't something we're able to change on our end. Mysterious byzantine shipping calculations
I had to back up step-by-step through the purchase process, then step back through it SEVERAL times in order to understand why my shipping was sometimes free and sometimes not. Shipping costs should be clearly explained, instead of the sale process requiring the customer to experiment and gather data in order to understand those costs. Worst purchase experience I've recently had to endure.

If it goes below our threshold (with coupon and discounts included), free shipping will be automatically applied or removed depending on the value. The ordering process was a bit…
The ordering process was a bit disappointing. I thought I had a bonus (a free case), but that turned out not to be for my region. I’ve ordered two additional pairs and now have a total of five pairs - that is if my family would stop “borrowing them” lol. Great computer glasses.
