Great experience and purchase overall

I had an issue with my order..
I had an issue with my order. I will admit, mistakes were made by the Gunnar support team- But overall, in the end the team resolved my issue and provided me everything I needed in the end to have a great experience. If you have an issue with support, be patient and diligent and in time the issue will be resolved. The product is fantastic, reasonably priced, and an especially great deal during promotions or sales.

Wrong tint and the right eye has the wrong prescription. I can't use the glasses provided and I want my money back.

Easy order! Amazing Selection! Welcome to the GUNNAR Family!
I love how easy it was to order my new glasses! They have many options available and lots of sweet gaming collaborations! My number one reason is for buying GUNNAR glasses is, I have a heavy RX script and after getting turned down by others, GUNNAR has welcomed me and was able to fill my RX, THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!

The product itself is great! However...
The product itself is great. This is my second eyeglasses from GUNNAR. I trust this company because I can see only these glasses reflect so much blue light. The first eyeglasses I bought more than a year ago and I had no single issue with it. The one star is for not perfect company's business processes: 1) I received my eyeglasses today with the AMBER 75% blocking blue light lenses, but I ordered AMBER MAX 98%. 2) In order tracking I was asked to upload three photos for PD, which was not necessary in the end.

Hi Igor, Thanks for reaching out, to clarify both of the products you received are confirmed to be Amber Max 98. The difference you may be seeing with your lens is that our prescription lab uses a different tinting process that still provides 98% of blue light protection. We do not have a 75% blue light tint at all. The tracking issue was a mistake on our website backend, sincere apologies for that! It does not reflect where the products actually were in processing and we have notified the affected customers. Best wishes, Terry
