Don't. Just don't. It's not worth it. Don't make the same mistake I did
When I payed more than 200 dollars for my order I expected a somewhat premium experience as I have never dished out this much on a pair of "gaming" or prescription glasses. To begin with customer service took an entire week to ready my frames for manufacturing and after they were ready they took an extra week just to ship them wich made it so my glasses to took ages to get here as the shipping was paused for a while due to the holidays. To my surprise when I finally get my glasses I am greeted with the extremly unpleasant news that I have to pay another premium due to import fees which bumps up the total to about 300+ dollars. If I knew that from the get go I would've never bought their products much less considered doing so. But alas here we are. This has genuinely been one of if not the most annoying online purchase experience I have ever had. What an unpleasant experience, specially on the holidays. Buyer be ware! Reply to the Gunnar Team: That is true, but there is something on your end that makes that fee skyrocket. To begin with this is my first time I've had to pay and import fee or TAX from a US order. Furthermore, the only time I've had to pay for an import fee was when I ordered something from Japan and the fee was significantly less whilst the package was heavier and bigger.

Hi Mario, Thanks for reaching out, sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your experience. Unfortunately, regarding the extended manufacturing timeline, that is a result of the holiday influx for orders. Custom Taxes/Import fees, however, are not enforced by us, but your local governance which requires additional payment for US imported items. I am sorry that this was not clear, but this charge was not applied by us at GUNNAR, but FedEx International for localized package processing. I hope this information helps. Best wishes, Terry
