I ordered new glasses, the next day, I got an email stating that my 'cart' was not complete. I followed the link and completed the order. Gunnar duplicated my order and sent me 2 pair of glasses. I guess I will just keep them both, but this was kind of shady. Buyers beware if this happens to you.

My order arrived in a week after it was confirmed. It even arrived early than the estimated time. To me, Gunnar Optiks' customer service and the distributing service were excellent because I was kept updated to my order all the time. So far, I have not encountered any issue with which I need the customer service team to help. After receiving the products (Intercept, Holiday Bundles), I have been using them intensively to see how they work. Big thanks to Gunnar Optiks anti-blue glasses, I am able to see things clearly when I wake up every morning even if I stay up late for schoolworks and stare at the laptop screen constantly. (Bad for eyes' health.Try not to do this if applicable.) P.S. It felt kind of weird when I first put them on because Gunnar-Focus enlarged things at close range (did not affect the viewing of distant objects). But soon, I got used to them as they reduced eye strain significantly. I appreciate their protection of my eyes and I love them so much :-) P.S. I guess the reason why I could receive my order on time is that I placed the order before the Cyber Week Sale and the Black Friday Sale began. I understand that purchasing without those discounts costs me more money. I paid for the service's speed and reliability and I was not disappointed. P.S. I hope that those who purchased eyewear from Gunnar Optiks can receive their products soon. I wish that they will be benefited by these nice products that serve a useful purpose...

Great value for what was received. I had already had a set of the Amber lens, but I was switched the swing shift and needed more protection due to the WFH lighting and general eye sensitivity level. I picked up a pair of the Amber Max and it has helped tremendously.

Always a great experience! The customer service to clarify any questions that lab may have before sending your glasses to production makes the difference. Glasses ordered directly from Gunnars are always excellent!

The glasses are really nice quality. And guess what no more headaches. Great buy and not to pricey.

bought 3 pairs for each of my kids. every kid loves them, wore them immediately. i did say no screen time unless you have the glasses on. daughter wearing them around house as a fashion statement. fair price for quality i can trust vs amazon. plus they are based in carlsbad, local business. i work in the eye field so i believe in this product. i could have opened an account and purchased wholesale but just paid retail to cut down on wait time. thanks gunnar
