I recently purchased 2 Phenoms and 1 Vertex. My luck had me receive both Phenoms with either faulty right lenses or frame cut. Once I sent the picture of how the lens just falls out, they quickly sent two replacements! Odd that this happened with both pairs but I will say that I bought a Phenom a few years back and they performed flawlessly until this idiot managed to put two small scratches on them... Now, if only they broaden their offer to reader powers for their gaming and computer models, I would be ecstatic!

It by default comes with a small power and that causes discomfort for some and for exchange or return they don't send return label. You have to pay for it. The customer services take many days to respond and they do not respond to calls. Update on Jan 19 2021: Customer Service provided the label for return and replaced the Glass with 0 power. Appreciate Customer service and the product performs as claimed

I had custom issues in my country and only for one item that costed 130 $ with the shippment , i know have to oay aditional 150 $ and you didnt inform me

I am so sorry if there was any confusion regarding these separate taxes and duties, as we do try to make it as clear as possible in the checkout page so you're made aware in advance. The charge that you're seeing is actually not from GUNNAR Optiks, but from FedEx directly. The amount that is charged for duties and taxes is paid by the receiver in order for the package to pass through your country's customs. Again, I am very sorry if this wasn't made more clear when you ordered your glasses. I definitely will make sure that our team is aware of this and look into ways to improve this going forward.
