I recently had an issue with the hinge on one of my Gunnar glasses. Gunnar Support promptly replied and approved my claim and are sending me a replacement pair. I've been a loyal Gunnar glass wearer for years and having a high level of customer support is of utmost importance to me. Thank you Gunnar!

I didn’t receive the shipment yet but working with fedex shipping company and letting your customers dealing with their poor services is a bad experience for me. I’m hoping that my glasses will be good. Update: I received my glasses and the material feels good with nice fit. The screen color look more calmer, overall nice glasses. I just have one concern about the usage of the glasses, does the gammer glasses can be used for computer and phone or its not recommended i hope you mention that because their is two categories in your website and it’s a bit confusing. Nice glasses nice service 👍

I’m impressed with GUNNAR Optiks! The ordering process was super straightforward and easy, shipping was FAST and free, and the quality is amazing! My son loves his new glasses! Typically he hates to wear glasses because they feel heavy on his face but these are so light that he has no issues wearing them and super loves the style of them as well! All around an amazing purchase and we will be a repeat customer!

Can't get my oldest to take them off he wears his at the computer when on a tablet doesn't matter he'd probably wear them all day if we let him! They sit on his face right and are comfortable. They are the first thing he puts on if he even picks up a electronic device.

I received defective glasses, and they have ignored all of my communications. Be careful, if anything is wrong with your order they will just ignore you and keep your money. UPDATE: they replied here saying they would get in touch 'ASAP'. That was a lie, they care about their image enough to reply to reviews but not actually fix the issue.
