Great on all fronts
Very quick delivery. Definite improvement in headache/dry eyes after a long day, and super comfortable. Easily worth the price.

Good glasses
Recently bought a pair of amber-tinted glasses for gaming. Really like them. Arrived in good condition and doesn’t put stress on my eyes when using my laptop. Would recommend

I really love the Gunnar product
I really love the Gunnar product. I'm legally blind with 5% vision. Gunnar optics extend my screen time making me more productive at work. I'm profoundly light sensitive and the Gunnar optics protect my eyes and keep my outdoor adventures comfortable.

Loved using the website to help pick…
Loved using the website to help pick the style glasses I wanted and loved how easy buying and shipping was, I got it in a really good amount of times and the constant updates made me feel comfortable about my purchase! The glasses themselves feel and look very high quality and work so well, I’ve been using them for a bit over a week now and I already notice such a big difference.

Shipping did not arrive as expected and…
Shipping did not arrive as expected and the fees added on upon delivery were not properly communicated. Also Gunnar used their own contact center phone number instead of my contact number so FedEx couldn't call me to inform me of the charges. 100% dissatisfaction and I'm contemplating getting a refund. Not a happy customer.

Hi Ryan, Thanks for reaching out to us - I'm very sorry about the incorrect contact information that was used and caused an issue regarding the taxes and duties payments. We do try to communicate this as best as possible since this charge does not come from GUNNAR. When a customer is checking out and the shipping address is outside of the United States, there is an extra check box that must be checked before placing the order. The check box reads "I acknowledge I am responsible for my countries duties and fees" so that the order will not be processed without this acknowledgment. I am so sorry if there was any confusion regarding these separate taxes and duties, as we do try to make it as clear as possible in the checkout page so you're made aware in advance. Surprised but not surprised
I've ordered 3 times through two models (siege? for the first, bolt for the last 2 because someone stole the first pair case and all 2 days after receiving them). Always shipped same day (and always arrived when expected). For the bolts, work as expected (got the usual thrill of remembering just how much they help, a lot lighter than I thought they'd be (good thing), and something I find funny is they fit my face so well that they actually form a bit of a vacuum seal around my eyes if I don't purposely move them down my nose a little.
