I owned an older model and asked for help to locate and purchase a replacement pair. Model was no longer available in sunglasses. I received a quick response that confirmed it was not available. The Gunnar representative recommended a newer model that was as close as possible to my old pair. I placed an order for a pair of Enigma sunglasses. They are awesome! i think i might like them better. Great company and pricing.

I recently purchased as pair of Enigma Onyx Amber GBLF65 glasses. The lens appeared to have a film on them and would not clear off. I contacted Gunnar and got an immediate reply from Kenny, he sent me the warranty link, I filled out the form and attached photos a couple of day later I was contacted by Alice from warranty division and she informed me the company would send a replacement pair of glasses. I receive the new glasses in less than a week.
