Terry was very personable and helpful. I would not have purchased at the time if it wasn’t for the conversation we had. Customer experience goes hand-in-hand with sales and Terry was able to deliver. Cheers!

I purchased the Razer FPS prescription glasses. Glasses worked okay for the first few weeks. Then all of the sudden a white streak started to appear on one of the lenses. Streak continued to expand which lead me to contact customer support. I was told to file a warranty claim and that's where all communication died. Submitted the claim and never heard back. It has been over two months now. I was attempting to file another claim earlier today but was unable because a claim had already been filed using the same order number. As a result, I am now stuck with glasses whose coating began to wear off after 2-3 weeks of use and unable to use the "warranty". Will I be purchasing Gunnar glasses again: No. Should you purchase Gunnar glasses: It depends. Glasses themselves are okay. Although the prescription seems to be off. I know this because I purchased a set of glasses from Lensabl with the exact same prescription the same day I placed the Gunnar order. The Image with the Lensabl glasses is just better and I can see better from afar. So, yeah, It's probably okay to purchase Gunnar if you don't need prescription glasses but even then you run the risk of "All sales being final" since customer service won't help you at all. That's all. It's your money and you can do whatever you want. I am just here to warn you and let you know what to expect.

Hi Isaac, Thank you for reaching out to inform us about this. I've seen the previous communications you've had with Angela in attempting to get the streaking corrected. I can see that you have an open ticket with us, and a member of our team will be following up to see why your warranty request isn't showing up properly. Our team is committed to resolving your issue, it seems you were subject to an unlucky hiccup in our system. We'll follow up with you shortly to make sure you're satisfied. Best wishes, Terry

Great glasses makes gaming much easier on the eyes, looking at getting at LEAST 1 more pair.

I used your chat feature. Terry was very responsive, knowledgeable and easily remedied the issue. It was very helpful. Can’t wait to try out my new specs. Just got a notice with the tracking number which I appreciate. Thank you.

I first was acquainted with your shark tank visit. I rewatched the show last week and decided to try a pair to use with my computer monitor. So far, so good.

As an engineer, I sit in front of a computer screen 8-10 hrs daily and by end of day my eyes used to be bloodshot and irritated from extended exposure of blue light from the screen. I bought the Amber 65 lenses (in Phenom frames, of course) which helped some but when I switched to Amber Max lenses, the Amber Max lenses eliminated this issue entirely. Also, the amber color lenses look absolutely amazing in the Phenom frames, day or night. Amber Max lenses in Phenom frames are the best combo ever. They rock!! Thank you Gunnar.
