No Order Confirmation
This is the first company that doesn't send an order confirmation via email and there's no tracking on the package. Luckily it arrived within a week but a real lack of communication with the customer on the order. I just received my order so I'll see how the glasses turn out.

Pendleton glasses, Great choice
I purchased a pair of the Pendleton blue light glasses. They arrived in a timely manner and there were no issues with shipping. I've tried numerous other blue light glasses in the past but nothing has compared to these. The Pendleton's are very light weight and comfortable to wear for a 12 hour shift. I found these glasses to be very comfortable on the nose bridge and they do a great job blocking the blue light.

I should have paid regular shipping…
I should have paid regular shipping instead of overnight shipping. Its a fraud!

When my purchase was auto refunded
When my purchase was auto refunded, there was no indication as to what the reason was. I had sent in about 3 or 4 inquiries to get an answer. I also wish that there was some indication as to the max prescription strength permitted for these types of orders. It would have saved me so much time when I was in the selection process.

The glasses I received were incorrect…
The glasses I received were incorrect (reading rather than computer). Although initial response time to my query was relatively fast, after that I was not able to get any follow up information
